I ordered 2 pairs, thinking I was ordering from a legit company. However - it took 3 weeks to receive order. Once received, shoes were not in a box and also not what I ordered. I immediately contacted for a refund, and return label and have been "arguing" with them for week +. They first offered me a 5% refund (2.50!) and said that I would get 10% discount on a new order. I said that was unacceptable - they shipped me the wrong shoes - I should not be penalized for their issue. Then they said I would have to pay to have those sent back WHICH is more then the price of the shoe. Also unacceptable. I ordered what I wanted, and received entirely different shoes. Again, I should not be penalized for their issue. I'll be contacting my bank once they open today. This is ridiculous. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

This is not a legit Chaco website. It is a scam. I ordered three pair. I received three unrelated - totally different shoes than i ordered and to top it off they were incorrect size. The chaco emblem is even missing on one shoe. Customer service told me to keep the shoes and they would give me 10% off next order... They even went as far as saying they recommend that i keep the shoes as it would cost more to return them. I am going to dispute the charge on my credit card and hope for a refund. LIKE THE OTHER PEOPLE BELOW, I THOUGHT I WAS BUYING CHACO SANDALS BUT RECEIVED A CHEAP SET OF SUNGLASSES AFTER A LONG DELAY. WHEN I ASKED FOR A REGUND THEY SAID THEY SENT THE CORRECT IEM AND COULDNT REFUND ME IF I HAD NO PROOF THAT I RECEIVED THE SUNGLASSES (EVEN THOUGH THEY DID NOT SEND ME ANY DOCUMENTS WITH THE ORDER) BUT AN POST LISTED THE ITEM AS SUNGLASSES. SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY ANYTHING.

Scam website. They will just ship you a cheap item from China such as sunglasses. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I ordered 3 pairs of Chaco sandals for quote of $209 and free shipping. And they sent me a SUNGLASSES! I don't know how it did happen? I ordered because I believed It was made in USA but the parcel came from China and the payment went to EPL SHENZHEN CHINA!

Ordered shoes on their uk website, what they didnt say was the total wasnt the actual price to pay but subject to exchange rate change and actual order was £15 more expensive than advertised when placing order.
Utterly ridiculous. Cancelling order for full refund. Requested this and got back "are you sure?". Yes, yes I am.

chacoaustralia.com is a scam. I received a tracking number and four weeks later the parcel arrived, but it was a cheap beanie, not Chaco sandals. The real US-based business does not ship to Australia but there are some retail outlets that do have the brand.

Unbelievable. They advertise high and low about their lifetime warranty but my Chacos failed (straps broke off inside sole) after two seasons and Chaco wouldn't honor. Holy bait-and-switch! Besides, what's their cost on a pair of sandals? Can't believe they're willing to kick loyal customers to the curb like that! Will definitely NOT be adding to my extensive Chaco collection. Buyer beware!!

Slow response... slow mailing. Over 3 weeks and my packages are still sitting there. I have tried everything I know. Bottom line, shop some where else.
